Owner Access Portals

Coventry Group is now offering Owner Access portals (see the new link in the sidebar) to allow you to access your association account details. From the portal, you can view your current account balance, check your payment history, pay your assessments online, view pending violations or open work orders, communicate with your association manager and more.

If we have your email address on file, an email was sent to you with your confirmation code. If you need a confirmation code, please email our office manager. Include your name, community name, property address within the community and your email address. We need ALL of this information to verify each homeowner. Security Lights

Just a reminder to all Darbybrook Homeowners that the lampposts that are located on our properties were placed there as a security feature by the developer.  They are set to come on at dusk to illuminate the Community.

Therefore, it is important that each of us keeps these operating.  There may be sensors that need to be replaced or bulbs that eventually burn out.

Coventry Group has been asked to send out notices to owners to remind them of the lamppost responsibilities.

“If a carriage light designed to operate automatically from dusk to dawn and to provide for street lighting is connected to the dwelling located on an owner’s lot, such owner shall be responsible for the daily operation and ongoing upkeep of such light.”  Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions Article IX, Sec. 2, Part a (iv) pg 33.

 

 
Roofsimple Letter to Darbybrook

Roofsimple has discovered a defect with many of the roofs in the Darbybrook Community.  They have worked with Insurance Companies to correct and replace these issues.  Their open letter to the Darbybrook Homeowners can be found in the “Documents” tab of this site titled “Roofsimple Letter to Darbybrook” at the bottom of the list.

Watch for School Busses and Children!

As Summer comes to a close our children are headed back to school;  Please be on the lookout.  School busses will be coming through our Community and we need to be appropriately cautious.  We owe it to our children to keep them safe!

Planning Changes to the Exterior of your Home?
April 11, 2017

Please make sure that if you are planning to add a deck, fence, patio, or any other exterior change to your home, you need to start by filling out an Architectural Request form that can be found on the documents tab of this site.  Please fill this out in its entirety and get it back to the HOA for approval. You should add supporting documentation as needed along with this.  Approval from the HOA must be received before you build.  If you have any questions, Coventry Group Community Management, Inc. can walk you through the process.

 
Customer Portals

With your Internet-enabled device, you can view your current account balance, check your payment history, view pending violations or open work orders, communicate with your association manager and more using the link on the right side of the website.

To insure your privacy, only homeowners whose email address is opted in will be automatically entered into the portal system. If you have not shared your email with the association, please contact us. Include your name, community name, address within the community, and your email address. This extra step is designed for the safety of your personal information, because it allows us to verify each homeowner.

Once your email address has been opted in to the system, register your portal login. To get started, go to the portal website.  Click on REGISTER NOW to securely claim your account and set your password.  Your email address is your username. For security purposes, a return email will be sent to confirm you’re the owner of that email account. Please check your SPAM folder as it may be filtered automatically. After you click the link in the confirmation email, your account will be registered. You can now log into your account using your email address and the password you created when you registered. For more help, refer to this manual.
